Yarn Manufacturing:

The company buys yarn only from units which are ISO certified & who have all the necessary government clearances & do not employ child labor. All the yarns procured are tested in certified labs before use so as to ensure proper quality of the final product.

Weaving Unit:

The Company has in operation 200 Auto Looms which can manufacture 3,00,000 Mtr. Fabric per month. All the looms are equipped with Dobby machines for value addition in the product. The fabric is inspected thoroughly before it is forwarded for dying & printing.

Dying & Printing:

The company gets its fabric processed from process houses that use dyes & chemicals of reputed companies like BASF and Color Chem (Germany) which adheres to international health regulations. Screen printing can be done upto 10 colors with multiple repeats of 64,1018 & 91MM.

Raising Machines:

At Malwa Overseas Ltd., We have in-house setup of Raising machines which makes it possible to get brushing of the same level as asked by the buyer.

Stitching Unit:

Malwa Overseas Ltd. Is equipped with its in-house stitching plant, with all Japanese made JUKI stitching machines.

Packaging & Warehousing:

In order to properly store the range of products, we have maintained a spacious warehouse within our premises. Furthermore, we have segregated the entire unit into different sections so that we can place the packaged products according to their varying categories.
